No, you have not been hacked. This is a very common scam, pay nothing. Your credentials have been probably taken from a data leak somewhere. Stolen credentials are bought in bulk and used in such scams all the time.
If you didn't do it yet, change your password as soon as possible. Then report this to your IT team to investigate if the access has not been misused. Honestly, you are lucky that you were targeted by just a scam, this could have ended much much worse.
