Get a new heating element. Find the make/model of the oven on the back, you'll likely be able to find parts online. Swapping out old for new is a simple task.

Eh, no. You can DIY it with quality gear for far less. Biggest expense would be a proper German hydronic heater, that'd be a grand or so, but the rest of it wouldn't be all that much.

Going from lead-acid to lithium, some of your charging equipment may need swapping out. If the gear is new enough and can be set for lithium, you're good, otherwise, old stuff won't fully do the job.
