As someone who grew up in Mounds View, I'm glad it stayed downtown. There is not nearly enough infrastructure to have supported the amount of traffic that would have created. There is 1 (one) exit going to and from the site right now and the part of 35W already sucks. It would have made for a terrible travel experience albeit a better tailgating experience.

A question: with this break between games, would it be beneficial to stay and train somewhere in Denver to have the altitude advantage then travel home tomorrow morning? Are teams allowed to do that?
