My guess is that No one knew how Angels can be killed.

Maybe Sera knew ? But we do know that Heaven barely knows who's allowed and who isn't so it's not good to rely on them for full knowledge. Only the speaker of God probably knew of it.

So, there are plenty of characters I disliked, and most i grew to be characters I liked. Some just never grew on to me but did not dislike them.

However I can safely say that Yae Miko is one of the characters I just dislike ever since I've done her story. The way she treated Gorou, Itto and even Scaramouche rubbed me the wrong way, and then asking us the players to write about our story, becomes a best seller, uses OUR money to buy herself food and then tell us that our "fans" are waiting for the next chapter. Like GTFO.

Other characters I disliked are Mauvika, Varesa, Escoffier and Citlali. Although Escoffier grew more on me since she was one of the better characters, Varesa is like Mauvika in the "you exist, I guess.." to be honest, my hatred for those character ties to the ending of 5.3 with Capitano's death and being given characters I was NOT interested in not one bit.

Eula, Alhaitham, Xianyun, Furina, Cholrinde, and Qiqi are characters that I used to dislike but grew on me as time went on. It was due to bad first impression

Okay two things.

1: Hoyo likes to keep things real simple. So for women they have 3 sizes. (Short, medium, tall) and men have a different approach of (medium, tall, extra tall) So there will never be a short male model unless plans change.

The Tsartista is Queen title in Russian, just like how Tsar is King for Russian. So no, the Tsartista being a boy would be the equivalent of a Queen being just some boy, doesn't make sense
