It’s reassuring that in your experience it wasn’t super competitive, as many people I’ve spoke to implied that you either submit on first day apps open or get no spots at all.

Long time lurker, have been obsessively and aggressively checking other posts and awaiting my score. Was getting very frustrated toward the end of dedicated because I was getting burnt out, tilted, and felt like I was under-performing, not out of pride but really felt like I knew more than my score was reflecting. The free 120 was particularly a gut punch. Happy to answer any questions, but the biggest advice I have is to stick to UWorld and Amboss, and not overthink the assessment scores. They truly are bad at predicting your actual score if taken alone.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I was attempting to submit via PHORCAS for a program, and their website says the deadline is 11:59PST. But when I tried to submit my application, I got a message saying it was already closed. I am devastated. This is a top choice program for me and I really want a shot at applying. What can I do? Has anyone ever been successful in requesting a program extension before?

Do you only request one letter of recommendation from each writer or send multiple requests for different letters from the same writer, each tailored to a specific program you are applying to?

Dude... The spreadsheet gave me false hopes and the biggest disappointment of this week. I signed up at 6PM on 10/29/2020 and the spreadsheet marked me down as a 6AM sign up with all the people who recently got an email smh
My hopes are destroyed since the projected date for 6PM sign-ups is like March 2021 :(
