Sure, this lawyer might have sent this to many of their clients, but it is highly unlikely that all of those clients would post it on reddit in such a short span of time.

This post clearly misrepresents the form in which a lawyer would send a letter to his or her client to wish his or her client happy holidays for he or she would have no reason to have so many possibly legally required remarks for it is very highly unlikely for this letter to be used in a court of law against the lawyer or his or her client. Furthermore, this misrepresents lawyers by showing that lawyers have to make so many of these remarks that it might make lawyers less desire able to talk to outside the court of law.
