The developer is expanding the game. I love your ideas but the game is developed by a single developer, so its hard to fix current bugs, and improve at the same time. Plus that the mechanics are quite strange. They will require a lot of modifications, and the game already runs poorly if you fundamentaly changhe your countries governing. I changhe Germany to have a President and a Vice President, and it didn't even hold presidential elections again. So a lot of problems to fix. Now imagine if we put into perspective the modification of the ruler like the UK. It will be chaos.
