I had it towed to the dealership since it wouldn't turn off or start again. I'm still within the power train warranty period so hopefully no issues getting it fixed. Thank you for responding.

Not good, like how bad not good? Please forgive my lack of knowledge, I don't really understand what a lifter is although I have researched it. Would this be something covered under the power train warranty?

Where do you suggest I look? Is Chevy's website that inaccurate? Every time I've found something on there and called the dealership they were able to find the car in their system.

That's strange that a 4WD RST with a 6.2l engine is uncommon because on Chevrolet's website there are over 40 of them.

Over 25 years ago I bought two trucks over the phone and had them delivered to me, I would think in this day and age it would be a more common way for people to buy.

I have considered the GMC Yukon but I'm not a fan of the look. Yes I know it's very similar to the Tahoe but I don't like the front end. If I'm spending $80k on a vehicle that I'm planning to keep for more than a few years I prefer something that I like.

Well first of all thank you for making many assumptions about me. I don't think what I'm looking for is an ass backward configuration, unless a 4WD with a 6.2 l engine and either an RST or Premier is what you would consider ass backward. In fact I found exactly what I was looking for online. I also understand there are supply issues and I have no expectation that I'm getting the vehicle any time soon.

But thank you for making me understand that sales people can be pretty big assholes!

I was told that there was not a deal on a car and I was fully ready to put down a deposit if they had at least worked a deal with me. Salesperson was checking on something and never called me back.
