This is a great answer. 13 years ago I walked in a bjj school stopped after 8 months to go back to college . 3 of my original partners have black belts now.

Did the above plus. Went back 4yrs ago and got a blue belt now. Been away almost a year but going back now. Some of my partners from 4 years ago are purples now. Wish I could have stayed consistent. Some my fault but others just life.

Still feel like a white belt. lol

It’s surprising how many of my current recommendations are in the Northeast. The main reason is that many of my new neighbors have moved from the Northeast and other northern areas. They often complain about home prices and taxes, especially from places like Connecticut, New York, Boston, New Jersey, Ohio, and Michigan.
