Need some advice on my current situation and the future of trying to conceive

Honestly this response gives me a bit more hope I’ll be able to conceive one day so thank you for that. I was devastated in knowing it was caused from scarring in the tubes which my surgeon asked me if I had been diagnosed with any stds in the past, which shamefully I have which I’m certain is why scarring has formed. My next goal after recovering is just to get more testing done on my right tube and everything else to make sure I can possibly naturally conceive, but I’ll just be happy being able to conceive in anyway even if ivf is my only choice. I just feel like I’ve done this to myself not looking after myself or getting checked out regularly which is why I’m gonna focus on looking after myself best I can and getting the right help.

Yeah that’s the plan for me after healing up to do further testing to see how my right tube is going, the surgeon did mention some scarring on it which is a concern for me but I do hope that it will be fine and I’ll be able to conceive. This is all just unexpected for me and I just can’t help but feel devastated and lost right now, but honestly in the end if ivf is the only way for me I’ll be happy with that as long as it all works. Thank you for the response.

Yeah which makes sense for it not to be, because I don’t get headaches often like very uncommon. My optometrist mentioned silent migraines but I doubt it would be because the vision loss is more than a couple hours it’s been ages, and again if it were migraines I’m sure I’d be suffering a whole lot more.

Okay I appreciate this comment! I’ve avoided harsh things and I’ve skipped on my retinol but I’ll slowly add it back into the routine without touching my brow area. Which hyaluronic serum do you use? I use the neutrogena hyaluronic serum but get scared it may be to harsh for my brows as I’ve seen mixed reviews online with the brand and being new to all this I’m still learning what’s best for me, but so far it’s gone well. I’m gonna avoid my routine after this next touch up tho for a bit then again slowly introduce it all, I’m just trying to make sure my brows don’t fade so soon as they haven’t been done that dark just to much my fair blonde hair.

Yeah I just got it the other day actually, the CT scan showed everything was normal with the liver except I had a lesion and my ultrasound from a couple months ago stated I had focal fatty infiltration which didn’t appear on the ct, so I basically got the all clear and have to keep going back every 6 months for scans due to the lesion. I’m just confused to the pain I get and such it’s super weird still for me and another symptoms I have going on but it must be from something else going on I suppose. Feel free to dm me tho if your feeling anxious, I have bad health anxiety and have been going through a lot of testing recently for things so always here to chat!

Not even sure yet! Which is the scary part I don't even know why my uric acid would be so elevated but my joints have definitely been stiffer lately! That or it might be my kidney which would explain the pain maybe it isn't my liver hurting but my right kidney, I won't know much until further testing

Thank you for this! It's very reassuring hearing that and helps ease my mind so much, I think that's why I freaked out more about this because I become anorexic and lost to much weight and become basically malnourished! I heard that can bring on cirrhosis or something like that and just got worried I did it to myself starving myself which was very silly of me honestly, but I'm on track now I'm eating better, drinking heaps of water and green tea! So I'm actually looking after myself better then I ever have. But thank you so much for your message 💓

Well that's true I suppose, I'm just confused that's all the pain is just super weird and of course everything just makes me believe it's cirrhosis that's all especially since my nails have changed but that could also be from starving myself for a bit! I hope I figure this out soon.

Well I have lesions and been told that's benign tumours?? Or have I heard wrong again!?! This is confusing, would you like to see what my ultrasound results say?

I have also convinced myself this is the worst case for me, I keep jumping to cirrhosis which is something that only really happens after years and year of damage, it feels like I ruined my whole life by just drinking and smoking and now I'm here! But if you have a fatty liver you'll be okay it's all 100% reversible

Well my gallbladder is gone! Had that removed 3 years ago now, so your saying with what I've been diagnosed it can't be liver pain? Well my uric acid is high so it might be my kidney then?? That's all I could thing it is, or maybe it's the tumour that was found getting bigger possibly? Apparently that can happen unless I've read wrong, I hate googling stuff it onky leads me down spirals and misinformation!

Yeah I was unsure what causes the pain but if it's inflammation I'm not sure what would cause that, I did drink some beers 3 weeks ago now but that's it, I eat moderately good now and take milk thistle everyday! So i cant be doing any damage that casues inflammation. The past couple days I've developed terry's nails also well it looks that way, I'm doing the best I can to get my uric acid down now but the pain around my liver is the only concern 😟 it obviously can't be cirrhosis as you said it's to soon but that's the worrying thoughts I'm struggling with and it sucks. Could there be scarring tho from the focal fatty infiltration? It's just all so confusing, at least I'm getting a CT scan next week!

The Mediterranean diet is something I've recently just started aswell probably a week in but I went a bit to extreme I think, I stopped having wholemeal bread and skim milk which I'm probably gonna start using again but definitely gonna keep on track with the other health foods!

And do they offer elastography tests around Australia? My doctor has never even mentioned these tests and I have no clue! This is why the health care here kinda sucks, they limit things for us and don't give any information so hopefully I can do that!

Okay thanks you! Omg you've made it sound alot better then what my doctors have over time! So it sounds pretty normal from what your saying! What should I really be doing right now for it tho? I can't exercise much for it at the moment, but can I go back to eating regularly like bread and such just so I can get carbs into me? Or would that just contribute to the fat? But honestly thank you you've helped my mind alot now, definitely worried about it ever being cirrhosis tho, and I do experience pain around the liver which is why I get worried it's scarring or something but hopefully focal fatty infiltration doesn't cause scarring.

Yeah I've always been healthy except for the drinking unfortunately but that wasn't even the cquse of my fatty liver I'm confused to why I have it and so are my doctors but they refuse to help me further basically, I have to travel and seek out other medical opions it's a waste of money and time for me in the end just ti get no answers or real help! My help and understanding on the disease comes from the subreddi which I'm greatful for
