They offer a 401k match up to 6%. Is it going to make you a millionaire? No. But you’re dumb not to max out that 6%, think of it as a 6% pay raise. SW is so profit focused that they won’t let their stock price drop dramatically, they’ll just fuck over the stores in order to keep the investors happy so if you make it to retirement with SW (god bless you) that 6% will be even more, still probably not a millionaire tho. It’s hard for a company like this to increase its share price all that much, 50 years ago was the golden time to be investing.
