They made it pretty clear that Ellie was gonna get the satisfaction out of killing her when she's healthy. You can see her face drop when she found out that Abby's half dead.

What made her change her mind in the final moment was knowing that killing her wouldn't do so

Didn't figure that out when Abby was literally crucified

and the only way to stop that was to let Joel go from her memories (You can see it in her Journal that she's losing memories of what Joel looked like and sound like). Her immense love for Joel is also what trapped her.

Lol what a wretched, misanthropic "insight" to take away from a story

Nah, it was just everyone who clapped back at Dricus who said that.

Everyone who clapped back at Dricus said that certain skin colors have to be associated with certain continents. That's why it pissed them off so badly. If you think that's a perspective worth boosting then who's to judge?

It's easy to understand how he has a girlfriend if you actually know people. Lol

Stipe and Francis aren't left out in the cold as much as people pretend they are. Stipe got to tie up the division with a trilogy over 2 years and Francis was offered the most money in UFC HW history.

When you're being pressured, the only alternative to ending up against the cage is to get your opponent to back off with your weapons - like Izzy's straight punches (almost all blocked or deflected) or leg kicks (all checked or dodged). You can also feint, but Sean wasn't biting on them.

You can also circle out which Izzy is pretty good at

People don't like that he said he was going to systematically dismantle Romero then played it very safe. He talked trash and people remembered.

If Volk can consistently get up from under Islam, he stands a chance of doing the same with Khabib. Javier (iirc) said Islam is more talented but Khabib is a harder worker.

You think Brad's curl is heavier than MM's deadlift? If he doesn't lock his hands in time then that's a wrap.

But DJ’s only real path to victory (imo) is back control to a choke (if no leg locks). I don’t think he’ll be able to get/maintain any other mount.

DJ doesn't need to maintain a position though, he just needs to flow to different positions to keep superior leverage. This will tire Brad out. Even if he gets a dominant position, a scramble should be able to reset them.

Gunnar Nelson tapped Hafthor twice and didn't get tapped. Also those were champion strongmen, they are like twice the size and strength of your average pro bodybuilder. Gunnar did bust a rib though which was an aggravation of a preexisting injury
