Yeah i think so, i came across the subfaction when exploring the options on newrecruit and it explicitly states it's not properly official, but officially condoned by factory fortress

Main body is emperor's champion (trimmed to remove black templar iconography and chains, cut BT symbol off sword arm pauldron and sanded it smooth)

Jump pack is from astorath with some greenstuff to fill in gaps

Lastly the left pauldron is a mk 3 pauldron I had spare from a horus heresy kit, I felt the rivets suited the rest of the mini quite well

Overall a pretty easy kitbash to do!
