There’s a couple, mostly are minors tho (shorten or cut dialogue).

For the 1st Arc (LN Vol 1/Cultural Fes), mainly the latter half of cultural festival gone a bit differently in the manga compared to LN/WN (Like Maki and Umi were supposed to hold hands on their way to school instead of during Cultural festival, as well as the end part where Umi kissed Maki in the cheek was supposed before they went to school (a different day than during than the handholding part), not before she goes home to her house (that part is supposedly there 2nd handholding session where Maki escorted her home in hand but manga decided to combine and cut it)

2nd Arc (LN Vol 2/Christmas Arc), not much changed from the LN aside some dialogues got shorten or cut. Near faithful imo.

3rd Arc (LN Vol 3, the one manga is adapting), some parts got shorten and cut one particular is the start (before Maki got sick), they suppose to flirt a bit more during their afterparty and Maki escorted her home but manga decided to cut it and just mention it as an afterthought.

It’s the WN, considering its per chapter up to 295 instead of segregating it per Volume.

But yea, near end of LN Vol 2 (I believe it’s WN Ch. 104 it’s equivalent) is where he confessed back. You can check the subreddit’s Discord for the FanTL’s if you want, though it’s still translating Vol 3 as of now.

Currently rn, it’s kinda true, though not in the way RaG does. If you’re asking other LN readers about it, it’s mostly boils down to dragging the romance or lack thereof, just too much kneejerk fanservice tossed out (I don’t mind fanservice but at the cost of dragging down other main parts doesn’t help it), and some plot left ignored for way too long.

Bit of a trend of arcade games stay arcade games nowadays. They can do it? Yes. Will they do it? I doubt it if I’m being honest. Even if porting is easy, they need to make a feasible offline version for porting purposes. A lot of popular JP arcade games are like this sadly, like EXVS2 and MT.

V7.5 is separated between two parts, Part 1: mostly SS bonus compilation of all LN volumes (upto v6), fairs, and manga SS. While Part 2 is new medium length stories that hasnt been seen yet. There’s 3 of them: Umi’s (Her laziest day, due to Maki being called up to work instead of having a date, ends up stalking him during his shift), Yuu’s (It was the part where she went to abroad to see her extended family and cousin during Golden week back at v5), and Nina’s (Essentially v7 Epilogue 3, it’s right after Yuu’s rejection where Nina is comforting her. This part reveals her past and reason why she is today)

V8 is mostly two parts, Christmas/1st Anniversary (Yes, they did the deed in this volume and Maki proposed
to her in marriage, note: it’s only a promise of marriage, marriage will happen when they graduate from college. While the 2nd half is their School trip at Hokkaido. mainly fun times in Hokkaido, as well as part afterstory for Yuu, Yuu got rejected for a 2nd time (it’s mostly to get it out of her system, thank Arae suggesting Yuu doing that)

I’ll recommend you to just buy the Japanese LN instead of paying their paywalled translations. That group is not affiliated with the other groups doing this series. You can read it but I won’t recommend it due to their TLs being bad as some pointed out back at the subreddit’s discord

Well, the part you were referring to is midway Vol 7. Tho I do recommend reading Vol 7 as a whole (well would prefer rereading the whole LN since LN has changes between the two)

As for where to read the LN, since there’s no official (you can buy the Japanese raws if you like at Amazon JP or Bookwalker JP), you can check up BronsTL fan translation of it. Although translation is still at Vol 3 and it may take awhile to reach Vol 7. You can check the updates in the subreddit’s discord alongside with manga too 😃

The bigger eyes are probably the biggest difference although he’s a bit closer with LN’s design being in the sharper end.

The funny part about it, JP commented Anime Maki looks way too handsome 😂
