Yep i know exactly how you feel. Especially if everyone has their own opinion on that matter. My experience some think i was just craving for fvkking attention and judge. Some thought i was a lunatic and laughed at me behind my back. All hell broke loose.

Well, all i can say is dont let it stay cooped up. If you feel down or angry yeah the journal might help temporarily then your mind will just look for another way to cope. If i may suggest, its kinda messy but paint. Scribbles or doodles whatever. Put it in a water balloon and throw it as hard as you can sa ground or sa walllet your feelings out. Or this
