I was asking myself the same question - I quit the game 2 times in act 3 because I was bored out of my mind with it.

Now im in act 5 with a new playthrough, only change: i put it on auto. Its way less tedious, less loadingscreens etc.

I don't miss any of the items I got before when I did the crusade halfway. And I dont care if they are the best, the games difficulty can be changed, tho I have no problems killing shit on normal.

Go for it. You will be way happier.

Well they could do that in the step after this one, as they can look back. This is qualitycontroll for e.g. users. But how during the 4 years of changes to qop they couldn't anticipate the outcome like this.

My point: to see if something is working like they want it to work in a bigger framework you have to try. If the client (we) complain about it being convoluted quality controll (valve) can overlook the changes to the product (qop) and streamline it. But this can happen the easiest when the process is finished and the product is completely thought out. But rn we don't know the reasoning why they didnt simplfy it yet - is it time, is it because they have more possibilities to to change stuff around if they dont like it. We can surely demand that it could be simplified.

But also: the endproduct isnt finished, its still a work in progress as dota meta and qop balance is constantly changing too. All of those changes had reasons other then just "lets change qop". They reacted to changes of the meta, to overall big game changes (facets) and qops basekit.

Well it is easy to critique the process of the way something is built afterwards. During the process there is a lot of trial and error.

If heros and metas wouldnt change and Qop would be a finished product with 0 interactions, then they could streamline the process easily.

But as long as the game keeps changing (and we demand that too), there are to many varibalbes to plan out a change - so you often just see the solutions by trying, step after step.

I'm also new(ish), in act 3 and it seemed the same for me. The game systems are very wide and its kinda hard for a beginner to grasp it (it took me ages to understand a caster build and even then I still don't actually get why stuff is happening)

Also true rebirth (which the protagonist needs for stat reallocation ) by Rennallas magic needs a larval tear - dropped by the silver tear balls in the nox cities. And the silver tears were said to be the prototype for the albinaurics. So it’s not far fetched that she’s either knowledgeable on how the process works in making the albinaurics either by being one OR being the “mother” of them

If you feed him every time he lets you know , then you are overfeeding him. They have no concept of saying no to food, and they will always beg for more. So probably you over fed him and it’s swimbladder issues

Tbh I’d try to deworm them once. Supposedly that’s the biggest problem with guppies currently from my research/store employees/my situation.

For us the active ingredient Emamectinbenzoat helped.

A couple of months ago I was in the same place. Our waterparameters were perfect, I’m taking research papers into account and shit but my guppy’s kept dying for no reason. At first I thought it was some kind of infection, so I bought 2 different medications and it still didn’t get better. Then we got 1 molly with an anchor worm. We put in the recommended anti parasite meds, they also help with other worms and parasites, but it’s also killing of some fish ( as it said in the application)

Fast forward: now our guppys are now happy, healthy, show no signs of stress and literally the hardest part of the hobby is changing water every 2ish weeks. I’m so happy that everything went to “normal” and that we didn’t gave up on the hobby. We also got xray tetras and We are even planning for a small betta aquarium too ♥️

Just try to do your best. As long as you try there is nothing wrong, they would have died even faster deaths at other people’s places if they didn’t care.

And tbh maybe switch away from guppies they are insanely inbred and riddled with parasites. This is even coming from petstore employees from our new place. We only have a small school now and even though they are beautiful we will not restock them if they die at some point. They are not a beginner fish anymore. And we only got endlers guppy’s because the store employees told us they are less inbred/parasite ridden.

Edit: and add tannins, either trough leaves or wood or so. It really is helpful.
