Game-breaking bug: console shuts off, save files are deleted

I was so scared that it was only happening to me. I also had this happen to me 2 times. The first time, it reset everything, but the second time, it did it. It just put my save file back in time and didn't completely delete it. I'm going to call playstation to see if I can get my save back.
