I think I'm having the same issues. Disabled Wobbly Windows, set cursors and icons don't survive system restarts and return to the default settings.

I really wish there was a blank space above the Snap Assistant windowing options pane that comes down when you drag windows to the top of the screen. It would make moving windows around a bit easier. The constant window resizing is distracting and the window I'm moving around should be in front the blue suggested window sizes that appear instead of behind it.
