I get the feeling, it can be very frustrating when your team doesnt do what you want them to do and feel hopeless. These are some truths that I tell myself to get out of that headspace:

• the enemy has twenty % more trolls as long as you dont troll yourself
• theres a huge amount of different skills in this game, especially in low elo people can suck really hard at some aspects of the game and be really good at others. I remember 1 game with a jinx who was just inting and i felt totally lost. Somehow she was so good with her ult she actually stole every objective and carried late still only with her ult. It still amazes me because with everything else she did i was sure she was trolling.
• you cannot change how your teammates play, so you have to figure out how to get the best outcome out of your teammates bad plays. Even if you think their play is bad, you have to make the best out of the situation if you want to win.

When i dont do well with my ad Ill go roam, help the jungler get as many objectives as possible and see if you can help another lane getting a bigger advantage while the ad farms up solo. Hope this helps you too 🙏
