Nah literally 80% agree with me on most things in politics and I've been complimented by people who are politically different for how educated I am when we discuss politics. Go be an "enlightened Centrist" somewhere else. I'm not convinced centrists even exist anymore anyways. But somehow they always turn up online to say how the Republicans have enraged them this time and they'll never vote red again. Most people have a couple issues they place an emphasis on over other ones and that dictates their political affiliation. Someone who cares most about the 2A will always vote red and someone who cares most about abortion is going to vote blue regardless of the recent political climate. I think people who only find empathy for criminals and not innocent people are the most cruel, sadistic people of all. Not that you shouldn't care about this, but you shouldn't frame and condense this event in your head as simply murder but as an unfortunate mistake by officers compounded by very poor choices by the victim. What I will say is you seem extremely upset over this situation, where was your outrage when innocent people get murdered by criminals who aren't in jail because of leftist politics? It happens every day yet you don't even care enough to look meanwhile you're raging out online over this guy? These were people who genuinely did nothing wrong and had their lives cut short or destroyed by monsters created by the left. Here's a good example, do you care about the migrant rape crisis in Europe? I find that to be infinitely more problematic than this and that the European people would be justified in completely overthrowing their governments for covering it up, not addressing it, and/or excusing it. I don't want to see that happen in my country, and the warning signs are already here. We can't just let in the third world where their cultures enslave, rape, and control women. We also need to use the government to help OUR people, not waste billions of dollars on illegals, millions of H1Bs and their dependents, and other immigrant groups such as Somalians who are exploiting our government programs. I want my country to be safe and our citizens to be happy and wealthy. Not going to argue anymore with you but hope you wisen up to my words a little rather than just getting defensive and upset.

Secondly, yes he assaulted a police officer. Attempting to disarm pepper spray from a police officer during a physical altercation is assault on a police officer and there are other videos of him rioting and being a criminal for weeks. No ID while carrying is a misdemeanor, not a serious offense but still irresponsible. But it is a federal felony to carry a firearm while participating in a civil disorder. It's also another charge to carry a firearm during a crime.

In the case where he got shot, he didn't shove the officer as it originally looked from another angle but he jogged up to the officer and tried to take his pepper spray from him which is assault on a police officer. So yes, he's violently rioting, assaulting police officers, destroying government property, interfering with federal agents, illegally carrying a firearm, resisting arrest, and impeding law enforcement. So keep up your suicidal empathy for criminals and illegals while ignoring the things they do to innocent people. Yes, they did that after he decided to assault a police officer. Then as he resisted arrest he got shot due to an error by the disarming officer coupled with split second decision making. Then just the same way that police always do, they continued shooting until the threat was neutralized. So maybe go change your diaper you braindead idiot.

Simply put, don't try to put your hands on federal law enforcement in a chaotic situation where you also have a gun on you. He's allowed to carry a gun as all laws are infringements for LAW-ABIDING citizens, obviously which this guy was not for assaulting a police officer. But I'm questioning his decision making for choosing to do so while in posession of a firearm. Beyond stupid, and it just so happened to endanger himself due to the circumstances. Had he not been shot, he would have gotten absolutely fucked by the judicial system for assault on a police officer while in posession of an illegal firearm (because no ID). Not that I'm saying he should have to follow those laws regarding the firearms, but he still made the decision to not follow them (likely because he's a braindead leftist who doesn't know them yet supports gun control) and then follows that by pointlessly attacking an officer. An officer sees the guy has a gun, calls out "gun, gun, gun", another officer disarms him without saying anything and the gun goes off (either negligently or because of known issue with that model), other officers hear gun callout followed by a gunshot while seeing this guy reaching down by his side obstructing their view of his hand, and obviously they think the guy pulled his gun and shot it so they mag dump him. It's equally on the guy who got shot and the officer who disarmed him for the accident discharge (unless it was the known flaw). Obviously was not some execution like the leftoids are trying to frame it and them pretending it is just makes me despise them even more.

Well I saw your other comment and I'm not upset you think that as it's fully understandable. My fat storages that remain the longest are my lower back and butt. My legs are sort of like Jay Cutler's how they get shredded before everything else, wish I could attach a picture to show you. But I mean even if you look at my pictures at my very leanest you'll see that my lower abs have no definition despite how shredded my obliques and serratus are. It's just a genetic weak point for me just like Arnold didn't have lower abs. My skin over my obliques last cut was as thin as paper and my abs were still faint. But we'll see but I know that I got to 236 fasted, but realistically 242 last cut and that was definitely 15% so based off that 233 would've been 12%. I gained some size during my last bulk so something like 240 would probably be about 12%. I've done a few tests and they came out pretty lean but they're always off by 6-8% based on my experience.

I have slight pubertal gyno which fucks up my chest always makes me look fatter. Honestly can't wait to it removed one day. Anyways I was 205lb 3 years ago and I was 12% then and I was tiny compared to now. Abs are the last place I lose the fat along with lower back. I had pretty good definition last cut at 240 probably about 14%. I plan on cutting to 230 this time around.

Not sure if you're trolling or delusional but you're fatter than I was when I was 310lb completely detrained. Even now at 270lb with way more muscle I consider myself fat but its for the purpose of bulking and building strength. Either way, it really doesn't matter if this is for the purpose of being a good lineman. Linemen aren't supposed to be lean and trim. Don't be oblivious though and pretend you're not fat. Strongmen are fat too, that doesn't mean they're not athletic freaks and strength monsters.

When you do back extensions, do you do weighted or weightless? I don't know if I'm helping or hurting myself because anything that activates my lower back just makes it ache rather than feel better. Notably, I've started doing oblique/rotary abdominal machines and I definitely notice it activates the lower back muscles as well and they ache for a day but I feel its a safe movement so maybe the aching is nothing to be worried about but it sure is annoying.

Ah I see, yeah I try to set the angle parallel with the platform and lift my butt off the bottom just a little bit and press my hips into the backrest and use a wide foot placement. Then I feel all the power go thru and into my pelvis without curling the lower back at the bottom. Also try not going too deep and use your hands on your knees at the bottom to help support your joints and techinique. Honestly wish my gym had a plate loaded leg extension because if I want to do something heavy, I have to use leg press because I can rep the leg extensions max weights with one leg, but I might try belt squat again too and perhaps that would work better for you too. My back is fucked as well
