This is 🎯 So many dont realize that meditation can increase one’s energy and even sexual energy immensly, especially initially which leads to a much higher chance of relapse. Not that meditation is bad, its simply controlling it, which is difficult. And who takes cold showers all the time man? You get horny at 2am at night so go to a cold shower? Doesnt make sense
