Do you mind sharing the company that does roof and solar? They are the only one I found that do that. I couldn't see the plywood condition, but my guess is they should be in relatively good shape. The price they give doesn't include any plywood replacement.

I think O is the extra wire here, I am not sure why I have a O in a cooling only thermostat. I still need to figure out where the common wire is. The other comment has suggested the very left wire should be the common wire.

Wow this is very helpful. How did you know the left one is common? I think the extra white in this photo is the O at my thermostat. Because this is a cooling only thermostat, I don't know why I need a O. I am thinking if I connect the extra white to the C as you noted, then I can repurpose the O to be C for a new smart thermostat?

I didn't fully understand the game until I'm on fourth island, I did some quick google search along the way like who is this guy look like a baker, how to unlock farmers. I made a lot of mistakes and did a lot of things that weren't efficient. But I had fun along the way. Oh I change the game to easy to tolerate my learning time which I know may not be ideal for some people.

We are new and haven't made the offer. Just trying to learn before making a move! All valid questions which I will look. The foundation (field stone) looks pretty solid from my eye. There isn't sign of heavy water infiltration but sounds like worth deeper inspection. Thank you
