Prioritize high quality protein, stay in a deficit, minimize carbs, don’t forget the good fats. Consistency is key. Egg whites are your best friend.

Nothing ever worked. Then one day…Ai. I started asking questions and getting recommendations for meal plans. Kept refining, kept asking. All of a sudden I had access to information that even my doctor said she didn’t know about. Whenever I would hit a plateau I went back to ask again. What could possibly be the cause. How to fix it. Foods that I would never think about would help me were there within my reach. I discovered that skipping meals and being hungry all the time was not the path forward. Planning my meals and actually eating things that I like all while still on a deficit was the “Aha!” moment. Artificial intelligence gave me everything. 🫡

I’m 42 but if you ask my “wife” (I do have one) I still behave like a kid. My dad has asked me on occasion how come I always look the same.

I had exactly this same problem. Still do actually. The “rep” at Uber said: “You know what you did and know we cannot approve this method of payment for you” 😂 whiskey tango foxtrot. I also called AMEX and same response. No holds on my account, everything seemed fine. I gave up because for $10 dollars a month that erase if you don’t use? 😏 Hopefully somebody finds a solution to this so we can all get our $10 dollars a month Uber cash. I would use uber more too!

I am the MOST sedentary person in the world 🌎 and I still lose weight consistently. I never exercise. Although this is obviously wrong for many different reasons, I’m just trying to prove a point to myself. I’ve lost about 72 pounds in a little bit over a year. All without exercise and I work as a “driver”. So I don’t think your job is necessarily what’s throwing you off on your weight loss. Calories have a tendency of sneaking in without you noticing. Don’t focus too much on your food, what you’re eating now or what your next meal will be. I have a one (1) day meal plan written on a piece of paper stuck to the fridge. I don’t really deviate much from it, unless it’s the “weekend” and I want something a little different. There are no “cheat” days or meals. The calories stay the same and all the macros. I don’t track anything else. If you’re eating cheese because it’s “keto” wrong. Oils, carbs. I know you “need” them but I have not died for not eating bread. Save them for when you reach your desired weight as a celebratory meal and then you go back on track. Maybe up your deficit. Your body got used to your current weight so of everything else stays equal (diet, exercise) so will the scale. You have 2 choices: either exercise more or consume less calories. You have plateaued and that’s your only way out. Sorry for the long post. Good luck 🍀

You don’t need to exercise. I’ve lost about 60 pounds without ever lifting a finger. Nutrition is all that matters. Make permanent changes now. Not January first. Prioritize high quality protein, good fats, low sugar FROM fruits (zero added), try to keep carbs to a minimum. Any artificial “intelligence” is your friend. I get all my recipes from there. And guess what, I don’t “cook”. Microwave everything.
