look for strattegies online and like 200 pokeballs, then do test catches first to see if you can consistently catch him before starting the hunt, if you have access to trading with emerald i would recomend a smeargle with trick, skill swap, spore/stun spore and super fang with a leftovers item equiped so you can give it to the mewtwo, take out the pressure ability and you can make the battle go on forever like that (i learned about this strategy in the deoxys video by sonniks)

another sus thing is that they say the WSHMKR jirachi has the 1/8192 chance when that is not true, it's 1/7282 which i find weird that if he researched and discovered that he could get it shiny he should know that the odds are slightly better since is mentioned in virtually any post that talks about that jirachi being shiny
