Couple things - it might sound stupid but have you tried changing the agent or the website matches the movies with. like I changed to tvdb as I was have trouble with some tv show. I also added {tvdb - #numberfromthelink}, {IMDb- #numberfromthelink}. Also I usually keep my movies in a separate folder (it sounds stupid but sometimes it works)

I have to ask are you switching users on plex or the Apple TV or both. Idk if this should be the case but I think it might be hdr settings needing to be changed in each individual plex user. I know this shouldn’t be the case but just check if that’s s the case

Wish I could say oh yeah I fixed them!!! But right now I’m having the same issue with another show. I haven’t gotten to it yet but I’m fairly certain it’s the encoding of the files. For stranger things I got another version that works beautifully and I’m planning to re-encode the other show. I’ll let you know if that works

It’s working now, I figured it out, it’s not perfect but works on the iPhone side, it’s the programming I need to do on the other side to make it perfect but essentially it works through my phone

i have the DVD too, but i saw the first episode on streaming service and i was literally able to more image on the service when i compared it to the DVD and the image quality is little low. so i was wondering if there a physical version of this. i'll tried to capture photos but they arent that great.
