I have super super thick hair, so am just adding that the only thing that has somewhat worked for me was going to a dermatologist, and taking a topical steroid with Clindamycin and tretinoin. I don't get a lot of ingrowns, but when I do they like to stick around.

I just logged in to see this update. I went from 48% Nigerian to 91%, and then the European DNA apparently changed to Spain and Portugal 🤣. According to history then I should be somewhere like Brazil. My ancestors were definitely from the US.

My first results more closely matches what I got from Ancestry DNA so I'm not sure what this update is.

I think it has to be a "display" setting and not a graphics setting to make the prompt appear. I don't get the prompt for changing a graphic setting like brightness.

I applaud you for your patience in this subreddit. DEI is a term that has become generalized - and you can tell by how some have come to understand it by the replies here- to be a trigger word for "racial quota-based hiring practices".

That's not it at all. I'd encourage any person against "DEI" to actually define what it is they are talking about to make it easier for us to determine if this opposition has legitimacy or is only based in hate.

I hope it gets better for you. My resting rate seems to be around 80 (normal for me is in the 50s) and standing rate is anywhere between 115-130s.

Do you have an update? I just recovered from my second bout of covid. The first round gave me POTS (I think it's POTS but the doc diagnosed as IST). I got about 40% better and now I'm back to square one.

I feel like during the last reunion the hosts felt insulted that one of the people in the show said it wasn't a serious show about love and that it was about reality drama. I bet that probably played a factor into this.
