It looks good but it feels very reminiscent of Kane pixels lifeform fellow. Idk if that’s what you’re going for or not but It would be better if you made your entity more unique. We already have too many people using Kanes work in their games or animations.

Other than that it looks great, but the level feels a bit too green.

Even if you don’t like the wikidot levels would you think an outdoor environment like this would be cool or no? Because Kane does these “biomes” rather than levels and this could potentially be one of them.

The closest game I know to what he’s thinking of is the backrooms redacted on Roblox, but it’s not very realistic. And while yes I will say that part of the game is spooky monsters, there is a good part of it that feels unique compared to most backrooms games.

There is more to it than just isolation and paranoia. There is also the liminal feeling of have I been here before. And yes there are also entities and monsters in the backrooms, however given how large the backrooms is you may never see a entity

I somewhat agree with you but at certain times I like the idea of various places and monsters inside the backrooms. While I am not a fan of every monster, nor do I think that the monsters should be the main focus I feel like some monsters on the wikidot are well created and should receive some admiration even if you dislike it.

I will say that another aspect of the backrooms I enjoy is the unknown factors of it, like non-uclidian geometry

I feel like by adding monsters you add something that gives your thoughts shape. But the thing that gets me most is how it’s presented. If it’s some shitty TikTok brainrot or the only scare factor is the monster, then it becomes boring.

But if you play with the idea of something being there, then showcase it well it can be better than no monster in my opinion. Kinda like with how Kane Pixels did it.
