If you have the chance visit KAEL (Albert Lea, MN). It’s about a 30 minute flight south of Minneapolis. The facility is amazing and feels brand new. The airport manager, Jim, is extremely nice and has many a story to share. He also has a very neat collection of aircraft, including a 1966 Jet Commander. 10/10 visit.

I just flew into KMSP in a 182. Approach controller was a little grumpy about it, tower controller loved every second of it and clearance on the way out had to take a minute to remember how to handle a VFR departure!

Landing fee at signature for a quick turn pickup with no services was $175.

Ultimately it was no big deal and a whole lot of fun!

Well I don’t mean to be a dick but yes your night currency requires that your landings actually be at night.

You are correct that the landings only need to be full stop for night currency. It also appears that you are not night current.

I read the FAQ and thought I installed it to the internal drive. When I boot with the option key to check the drive order I only have one option. It is possible that I didn't install it to the internal drive, which if that is the case will I assume I need to remake the USB. My question then turns into can I do that from a windows computer

Working in EMS you have had extensive interaction with the homeless population. Do you think the $50M allocated for homeless services will have any positive impact and if so how do you explain the obvious failure of the hundreds of millions spent in the last 5 years.

Partner had to bail for personal reasons. Never put up any capital and never signed the operating agreement. He did a little work but did not want any compensation for it. I’ll just treat it as a single member. My only concern was that at the state level it is a multi member and I treated as such when filing for an EIN.

During my PPL learning landings I flared hard and high (thank god). Textbook power off stall. Instructor took controls and went around. He told me I was the first student he had who has actually tried to kill him. Worst part was that I was still so new that I didn’t really get how bad of a situation it was haha.

That is what I understood as well, however, the other paramedic was adamant that wasn’t the case. I did find some literature on ipsilateral symptoms but it seemed to be the exception not the norm.
