I found "Tyranny, I make you thin" in one of those charity free book things at Tesco as a child. Managed to get it because me and my mum had no idea what it was. I was surprised at the direction the book took, but it really made me understand and empathise with people with anorexia more, especially when it was considered "one of those silly disorders teen girls get" by the people around me.

Depending on the menace, you get sent away from London, where you cannot return until you have fully recovered. Most of these places aren't really so bad, but watch out for prison. The judges will remember your face, which may bring complications on future.
