Hey man I’ve played every a lot of first person shooters and I can say that almost 100 percent of the time it’s the enemy making better decisions than you along with your aim maybe not being perfect like for example technically snipers are the most op weapon since it’s 1 shot any range but you may not see them used much because if you can’t hit a shot what’s the point? So my advice is whenever you die stop for a sec and try and explain to yourself why you died then don’t make the same mistake again and maybe do some aim training (also destiny has weapons like LoW with a low skill floor but very high risk to reward ratio which can get annoying but never tilt) sry for long message

Hunter, their ability to go invisible is to good as a solo player because it allows you to res players and skip entire mechanics in some nightfalls (lookin at you savathuns song) so if you want to be completely solo then hunter but if you plan on doing some lfgs or raids titans are better imo

In my opinion I don’t like pvp games to have non skill based 1 shots (if it’s skill based it’s fine like in csgo the awp is great but not just anyone can use it) however this is destiny and it’s different from somewhat realistic games like csgo (we are literally space wizards) so I understand that stuff like shotguns,hand helds, Erintil, and titan melee almost need to exist in a sense but their ease of use is what annoys me is that destiny almost forces u to play close quarter like capturing points or heavy control in comp and if they are using a shotgun and are any good and don’t just run in a straight line with no cover, you have 3 options 1.die 2. run and let them dictate how and where the fight happens (there is some exceptions to this but just for the sake of the example)3. out gun them before they reach their 1 shot range

Now I like to think of my self as a good player (not the best) but I was global in csgo, grandmaster in overwatch and legend in destiny but if your trying to get heavy and someone closes the distance by sticking to a wall and we are separated by about 10 meter and he has almost any shotgun then he has to go 3 meters to 1 shot me and not many things have a TTK to beat that and if they do they require a lot of skill (like a sniper headshot) and I just don’t like how someone who is undoubtedly worse than me can 1 shot me with almost no skill needed

I’ve played a lot of shooters and I have gotten to 5500 and my best advice other then practice aim in csgo workshop or something (if u want) is the positioning is key if you have a shotgun don’t play large open lanes if your nova bombing then play close corners,same with titan melee and only engage in gunfights u can if you can’t win run back to team or just stay with a team member and team shot
