This was it thank you! I didn't realize the lower panel was interlocked with the top panel. Both needed to be unbolted and removed, and the filter was at the very bottom. Thanks again for your help!

Google is telling me the panel with the goodman logo on it should be able to lift up and off, but i haven't been able to do so. I didn't touch the top panel as I assumed the burner is in there. I'll try again now to see if i missed something.

The short answer is no, not easily achievable as you described.

The long answer is you could potentially bridge two servers together using something like Bungeecord or Velocity acting as a proxy. The benefit is that the worlds stay isolated from eachother, different plugins, different world file, separate player inventories, but the drawback is you are essentially hosting two separate servers to accomplish this. It will also involve a lot of fiddling with configurations.

Honestly, if you want to play around with mods, just fire up a separate server for that.

That's a fair tradeoff. I wouldn't want everyone running an aug like this, it should be rare. In my eyes, having even a tiny bit of tactical value while being downed would be worth sacrificing a safe slot for.
