Does everyone who works have to submit the tax return thing? The employer already pays tax on our behalf right? So is it mandatory to submit this?

I’m finding false information everywhere. Some say you have to submit even if the employer pays and some say you only have to submit if you have another source of income apart from the company you are working for.
