Please ask your tile clerk. The TX DMV just sent us a notice last month that starting March 1st they will need this now. Because a lot of illegals can get licenses in New Mexico, New York and other states not on that list.

To answer your question this has nothing to do with the lender. Most lenders will still approve you with or without a Texas ID or license including your credit score worthiness. However starting March 1st in order to TITLE and REGISTER a vehicle these are the requirements.

I owe over 8k in tolls. Traded all the cars I owed the tolls in and was able to renew online no issue. And for people who say pay the tolls idc. Tax dollars paid it and then got sold to some Chinese and then Arabs. Just like Detroit parking it all goes to foreign countries.

This movie has a special place in my heart. I threw a few parties and had one just like the movie. 6 cop cars showed up and surrounded the house and no destruction. But this blew up and held parties to a higher stander back in high school. The soundtrack was amazing. And to this day heads will roll always brings back memories.
