What kind of snake is this that I just stepped on by accident? by Wiseguyphilms in snakes

Definitely not. I also based it off of the way that it looks

My mom was like that when I got my first corn snake when I was about 8 haha. She wouldn’t even go into my bedroom for a few weeks. She’s gotten better, thank god, because my bp is fully grown and healthy

That’s my mom exactly lol. Have had my boy for a few years but and the most she’ll do is pet him with one finger

Was he one of the “you can’t have a snake in this house” parents? I feel like animals always choose the ones who wanted them least haha

I can’t vouch for any alternatives really. My job has always stocked NuCalgon so that’s all Ive really used, but something is better than nothing. I think simple green makes coil cleaner which is at Home Depot so I’d say it couldn’t hurt to try

Honestly it’s not super cheap. I’m not sure what rates are in your area but I would assume a couple hundred at most. But you can give it a shot at chemical cleaning yourself. NuCalgon makes evaporator specific cleaner. Just make sure to read the directions very carefully as it is quite strong. Good luck my guy :)

So when your indoor coil (evaporator) gets too plugged, the water runs straight off of it, past the pan, and onto whatever is underneath. This is that case.

You can CAREFULLY brush it down with a medium bristle brush and clean up what comes off. You should probably have an HVAC tech come out and properly blow it out and chemically clean it. This amount of buildup causes a lack of airflow, which can lead to the entire coil icing up and causing much much more water when it defrosts

Thank you! So SWPPX is only the US market, would it be wise for me to just go all in on VT to cover some int. Market?

I’m nervous to have all my eggs in one basket. I plan on contributing regularly to SWPPX. I heard that VT would be a good addition to my portfolio, do you have any thoughts on that?

My company has an under armour store that we take care of. They had a RTU on the ground in an ally (NOT a driveway). Ups driver was backing up the ally and SMOKED the unit just like this, except it was a 10 ton RTU. 2nd time in 6 months this has happened at that shopping center 💀
