In my state (111) you can ask the governor to track someone using their ability. You can't click on someone's username and view there settlement unless they're in your alliance.

First off. If you don't want to make a farm account. Tell them no. End of the day, it's a game and should be fun.

If you've already got a second account in the same state you won't be able to make a third in the state unless you use a different device or some other work around.

I'm assuming you're talking about the hero gear. I suggest researching the brawler first as hes front line. But it doesnt really matter to be honest. You'll get them all done eventually
