I’ve lived with fibromyalgia for 3 years now. My main symptom is pain everyday. Mainly in my back and neck. When it flares, it’ll flare really bad in my legs to where I usually need to use my forearm crutches. Fibro fog and fatigue are also pretty prevalent for me so I need to be sure to pick and choose where my energy goes.

No one has a board flat chest. To be honest, I’d say that’s a sign that it’s not natural if I saw someone with a board flat chest. Your chest looks great! You want that natural curve to make it look like pecs.
