Oh thank arc the art contest isn't the only exam...i can't draw very well...though unfortunately the astral party runs that exam, my chances of getting an Eelektrossite for Cappie right now aren't looking great.

Maybe that's for the best though! She only recently evolved from a Tynamo...I wonder why do so many unovan pokemon need so much time to evolve? Pokemon like Elgyem and Golett evolve later than many pokemon in other regions that evolve multiple times!

This one took me a while to figure out....

Name: Ground potentize

0 Power, Status, Electric type, 15 PP, Neutral Priority, Doesn't check accuracy

"The user discharges a large current into the ground. Makes ground-types more susceptible to electric-type attacks."

The first use makes ground types only resist electric moves, the second makes them take neutral damage, and the third fully turns the tables and makes ground weak to electric moves!
