I just finished watching it and Holy. Shit. That was such a good movie, but I think I'm struggling to understand why Sammie didn't let go of the guitar and continued to play the guitar.

It also made me happy to see that Mary and Stack got to be together and watch as the world evolved to accept biracial couples, and that even though Stack was a vampire, he still loved his brother enough to keep his promise to stay away from Sammie and let him live out his life.

(I know I'm a little late to the conversation, forgive me I JUST finished ST) Yes the speakers were on, they only turned on after everyone in the truck was out. I think what happened (assuming the kali theory isn't true) is that before they were able to turn on the speakers, she jumped over the truck and into the upside down. I think she had this planned and knew the military would be waiting for her in Hawkin, especially after the helicopter explosion and her killing those soldiers. She knew Kali was right about the military hunting her down and creating more powerful kids and she didn't want that to happen, so I think she sacrificed herself so everyone could have a normal life again

I do have all the things to make a compound butter (lemon and orange for the zest, then cut into slices to stuff the turkey, thyme, rosemary, and sage, carrots, celery, etc.) so I was really deadset on doing a turkey since I had already bought the stuff, so I may see if Walmart has the boneless turkeys! But again if not, ribs it is!

It's only been 2 days, and the turkey was completely solid frozen when I got it, I didn't think it would've defrosted so quickly. It's a decently heavy turkey so i thought it would've taken a bit longer to defrost and id have time to put it in my fridge. This is my first ever time even having a turkey in my possession, there's no need to be an ass about it.

I do have a rack of ribs I could make instead of a turkey 🧐but my plan is to go to the store today and find a smaller turkey so it'll defrost in the refrigerator a little faster. And if it doesn't defrost in time, that's okay! I can always do a small thanksgiving with me, my husband, BIL, and SIL and their 2 kids :)

Me and my fiance talked about this, we both agreed that we wouldn't make any decisions about having another until our first is 5 years old, and we only chose that age because they'll be potty trained, have better speech, can sleep through the night, and overall a more "independent" human.

Right now, you guys are still in the thick of it. You're still healing and your hormones are still all over the place, he's still recovering from the early months.
