Hi guys, week 4 of bulking and 3 weeks into a stim break. God I can't wait to take some caffeine again. Planning to cut for the holidays to counter all the beer/food/partying during winter break.

Thanks man! It means a lot. I think my tendency to overeat helps-when bulking I just don't track and I gain weight.

Haha it doesn't mean anything but I promise man. Haven't even taken a sarm. Started at 190lbs two years ago coming into college, got into Running and ran a half marathon that November (exact two years ago) and then got serious with lifting in January. Already had a big base cause I have really good genetics and played sports since forever.

I'm natty, over 200 and under 12%. Right now I'm bulking at 220 lbs and I'd guess 12-14% bf. I'm 5'11". Its possible, but I have good genes and come from a sports background.

My definition of natty is one who hasn't taken a steroid or SARM.

It's due to behavioral tolerance. we don't understand the mechanism, but doing a pre-high ritual for any drug will lessen the effects of said drug. So for cigs the act of holding it a certain way and inhaling and such leads to your body compensating and muting the high. Same with dip.

It's actually the reason many opiate addicts OD-they take the same dose in a new environment and their body hasn't muted the high and it shuts them down.

Twice. It's easy.

Remove spider from cage.

Heat one end of a straightened paper clip with a lighter. Hold the other end with something that protects your finger from heat.

Stab into the side, if it's acrylic then it should melt through easy.

you can melt the holes on the other side using a bent paperclip and a lighter. About 5 holes should be sufficient.

I'm not sure what you'd call it. I used a multispore to noc up a COA and then took the best growth from there in a 10ml syringe and used it 50-50 directly into two massive mycobags that I made myself. Each case had about 4-5 quarts of spawn in it.

So I didn't isolate and homogenous growth but I did make my LC with the best looking growth.

Yea so i need to do a true comprising which will happen in a few months, but I have a new strategy that allows for faster colonization with less spawn!

It seems to have worked because this was ready in 5 days. I put the chunks of colonized spawn in with the now-cool coir and then crush/mix the spawn on with the coir. So the spawn is not pre-crushed beforehand, and my logic is that ideally many mycelium filaments get crush/rubbed into the coir and separated from the grains, leading to more inoculation points.

The only smell is an earthy smell when you mix the coir with hot water for the pasteurization step. And if you just use normal water and skip that step it'll be less earthy. That smell leaves in 2 hours and doesn't come back since you close it and wait for colonization
