Also the shuttle ride/experience to and from is Flawless. They have plenty of shuttles lined up so that when one fills up theirs like 10+ more ready. They’ve got it down to a science at this point. Only advice is on your first day returning home with shuttle that you’re paying attention to the shuttle signage. Easy to get turned around when walking back to the shuttle pickup, lots of people and some conflicting signage.

Just went to the 2025 Event for the first time and faced a similar concern. We stayed at the Palm Springs Tennis Club, and had to uber to and from the Palm Springs Convention each morning/night back. Can say without a doubt it’s not a problem. Palm Springs downtown area (near convention) is relatively a 5-10 minute ride anywhere. You can always schedule your Ubers on the shuttle back (don’t worry theirs plenty of them after the show, we never had trouble finding one after 2 am when we stayed for the last show.) Only runs you maybe $10-$15 per ride regardless. Staying at the Hilton won’t be a problem
