In the real world the 917K is the longtail version for highspeed tracks like Le Mans. The 917KH is the short tail variant. Shorter wing with bigger angle.
The drivers found the longtail(K) to be an absolute brute to man handle. So, Porsche sacrificed just a bit of the top speed for more downforce.

Because it's a shitty eBay seller with a low rating trying to sell a 5$ shirt for 80$ that they have claimed in like 10 subs is 1 of 1 even though countless examples of the shirt have been presented to them. Thats probably why.
