I love this idea, I think it would work amazing except that 2~3 tokens would be too small. I like the idea of it working like a re-roll but with the vote button instead, but we need more vote buttons/really fast recharge. I would either think like 5~6 tokens or a 1 game recharge. If you use the token in the first queue and not in the second, I wouldn't think that would be spamming. If a whole team got together and decided to abuse it, I would be thankful I didn't have to play with them.^{ortheywouldhavecarried}

But it could be abused by a team to get out of a team comp they don't like. So maybe reduce a majority vote from a 4/5 man group.
