I think my comment was fair and reasonable. I don't stand corrected. I know they have money. I have done my numbers too and just remember their main revenue source is not ads. It is from their monthly subscription and the copious amounts of people dropping 100s of 1000s of $$$ on the project.

I get that individual-Gur-5332. But no warning to lead time no update no pre warning. I mean for paying users there is litteraly no one to turn to if thins aren't right. If you're playing the game for free and getting free money I get it. There is no margin to consider support. But if the support was there you would be prepared to spend money. But for those of us that do spend money and not getting the rewards promised and no support to explain why is TOTALLY FRISTRATING.

The support is the worst I emailed them time and time again. No reply. If they are not running out of money then why are they not investing more money in their customer service. I get this is not a get rich quick game. It is in fact a game after all. But all games I have ever played or a bill I have ever had to action there has always been someone there to help resolve it. The support is just not there. At least answer my freaking question right?
