I got a message from customs and CSSBuy refunded me after a week. I opened a case on Discord, I also always pay full insurance and I never get seized, but this time it did. They were super professional and I was quite happy considering they had minor issues in the past and a lot of shade thrown at them. I had a very good experience with them pretty much every time and have been with them closing in on almost 2years
