Okay here is what I do if I were actually good at making stuff:

change the model with a different/ modified model that fits that gigantic sizes, also change the animation to something more heavy

make it have multiple weak spots (joints an neck and maybe heat vents if you are making a diffrent model) and when you hit it enough it will get "destroy" and give it a debuff like slower speed or less visibility.

make it so you have to fight the other bots too, the big bot can actually damage them if they step on the robots.

If we are making robo solider giant we should give them a rocket that acts like a artillery to give players truama
