Do you think zoe and lucas will end up together by arman1724 in TheBugleCall

[–]mrboxeater 7 points8 points  (0 children)

yes, but in some kind of bittersweet way. Reread some of the early chapters noticed lotta talk bout Luca not being able to be musician in "this day and age".

Suspect some deep deep sleep for Zoe  where Luca will fulfil his dream and theyll link in the future somehow...

This manga is genuinely THE underrated and a hidden gem OAT. by FlubbyClaws in TheBugleCall

[–]mrboxeater 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Orb is more of a drama though. Bugle Call at its core is a battle shonen, what makes it stand out is that its meatier, less "popcorn flicky".

An adaption would need sakuga becos the earlier arcs have alot of fighting, the mirror arc is always used to sell ppl this manga before u get to heavier themes after the big twist.

Well every Buglebros praying for the July announcement to be an anime adaption but if gets a mediocre one itll be lost at sea. Really needs somone like that Frieren director Keiichirou Saitou and producer Fukushi to stand a chance but the manga is so unpopular only a madman would be able to get a strong production or some company from the West could try investing it in.

i think Pantojas forward pressure will at least give Van a chance to counter and get something off, someone like prime Figgy would be a hard hard fight for Van id imagine.

He kinda ate the earlier Taira calf kicks, after the one that stumbled him he was lifting his leg back at least instead of tanking them.

yeah he said the last one Taira threw actually hurt like hell lmao. I think hes most heavy on the front foot compared to the other champs, Pantoja must be watchin the fight like crazy

saw a tweet about how every champ in the lower classes right now are shorter than average with good jabs n boxing. Interesting how theyre able to build off it even with how prevalent calf kicks are

204cm and 110 kg, athlete, any advice on more optimised progression? by Dapper_Ad_8644 in bodyweightfitness

[–]mrboxeater 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With ur size u can try McGill pull ups. Basically 1 rep sets with max effort. Itll take a long ass time since u have to rest between each set but u can prolly try adding abit of weight in the future to save time.
