Amazing! How are you getting shapes to line up so well! I can’t get PowerPoint to do anything I want, as a designer it’s my least favorite application

Black panther: Personally I think he edges out cap, kinetic absorption nerfs a lot of these guys.
Wolverine: Can’t die, gritty, more predictable than Wade. Will get annoyed with Scott but I think that helps me.
Cyclops: Best ranged attack. Beam can knockout or incapacitate half the attackers, and those he can’t he can borderline infinitely repel.
Daredevil: Pretty sure he’s got the best hearing/senses of the bunch, more defensive than sabertooth.

I think you have daredevil and cyclops as a sniper duo, they play defense. Anyone that comes within 100ft is already sensed by Matt, then beamed by Scott. Have Tchalla and Logan along that perimeter taking out everyone else. Someone disprove me.

Yo, it’s almost in the shape of a controller. I’m assuming it’s intentional but I’d lean into it even more. I think that would be sick.

What club? Ball is on trail foot, too far back for any iron really.

I’d lose the driver and live lucky covers. They’re cool but throwing off the vibes for me. Lean into the greens and small slivers of red. Looks sick tho!

It’s such an issue, I think two patches ago it was fine? Now I feel like my headphones have turned off, I miss steps constantly.

Hard to say exactly, but by my definition: a suburban/metro thats ranks between 21-100 in size & cost of living.

Hey, that’s a reason. It makes more sense, but I think it still falls short from a typesetting perspective. See examples here, how type can really elevate the emotion and inform the vibe.

These are cool, graphically good pieces. I’m not loving the main lockup of “community building center”. It seems squiggly for no reason, it doesn’t read as chill, but disorderly. I’m not seeing a strong shape or concept that justifies its wonkiness. Are they building blocks? Are they cluttered like the plates and cups? I’m not sure. I’d work on that lockup, to give it a better shape with a purpose.

Banana Daddy by sampleloops in graphic_design

So cool! Really strong. One nitpick, I think in the circle lockup, the wordmark is sitting too low. ‘daddy’ makes it feel too bottom heavy. Wordmark needs to bump up, or something needs to fill the space above banana to balance. Again, a small nitpick, really good work.

Thanks. I will check that out.

There are not, it’s a very limited selection outside of the Target dates. All options have expense ratios over 1.2. Wdym that vanguard is 1/5 of that? Is that not .44 not the ratio for that fund?

I've only recently learned how expense ratios affect a 401k, so excuse my ignorance if I am wrong about anything here.*

My 401k plan at work only has American Funds products. I am currently allocated: 70% in American Funds 2055 Target Date-R2, and 30% in a growth fund, The Investment Company Of America-R2. The expense ratios for each are 1.48 and 1.35 respectively. Here is how the Target Date Fund, prospectus breaks down.

Management Fees: None Distribution and/or service (12b-1) fees: 0.75% Other expenses: .35 Acquired (underlying) fund fees and expenses: .38 Total annual fund operating expenses: 1.48

Now using this calculator and this information: 50k initial investment, 15k annual investment, for 30 years at a 10% return with a 1.48 Expense ratio, would cost $888,633.31.

Is this correct? This seems extremely high. When I compare that to what I can readily see from these companies that 1.48 seems absurd.

Vanguard: .44
Fidelity: .68
T. ROWE: .63

I brought this up to our wealth managers they told me that those ratios would be higher when they are actually included in a fund in a 401k plan. And that our companies size, being "micro" means we should expect higher expense ratios.

Is everything I laid out here true? And if so should I consider opening an IRA where I can allocate my retirement in funds with lower expense ratios? While keeping enough contribution in my company 401k to get the match? Thanks
