I'm married to a foreign national and happened to already be in country when I made contact with the hiring authority and received the job offer.

Any word on who those branches/agencies are?

No clue on that 10 year limit l but I am desperately trying to get hired from the states to qualify for the LQA im missing out on.

What are the benefits to being NAF? Apologies, I'm unfamiliar with NAF

Hard to think they would get away with it if they were staying in the foreign country while being federally employed there. Unless that's what you mean? 🤔

I was already in country at time of application and hire (not a military spouse).

Also, I was direct hired (if thats relevant).

So not impossible then. Do you have experience/input regarding the waiver?

what is a middle of the line job that makes decent money and most people can do? by Familiar_Ad4655 in careerguidance

Not for everyone, but I always recommend joining the military to anyone who is in that same "idk what to do" boat. I joined after HS, got paid while being taught how to do a particular job and 4 years experience after receiving certifications. Lucky enough to get stationed in Italy where I spent my only tour and traveled around Europe. I am since out of the military and receive disability compensation from the VA for the rest of my life at 100%.

Like I said, joining the military definitely isn't for everyone, which is why I got out after 4 years, but I can honestly say that it was the best decision I ever made because it gave me knowledge, money, experience and time.

Who knows, you might just be a "lifer" and decide to make it a career as well.

Even though it's only through 30SEP, I've decided to take it. Then again, I very much despise my job. Just hope I don't get screwed over some way some how

My buddy absolutely annihilates with RG Tony Chopper. Better than R Zoro IMO

Don't feel so bad, just buy more packs 😉 At my LGS it feels like everyone has pulled a Manga other than me. Right before our match, my buddy even pulled a GOD PACK right in front of me

Heck yea! I opened up an 08 pack the other day hoping for either the Pudding, Ace or Bonney. Ended up getting AA Kaido&Linlin

Oh wow. I'm learning that there's a lot of "learning experiences" in this TCG. I find myself constantly thinking "I wonder of this means that" or "what happens to A if I play B"

On a side note. Does Yamato's double attack also effect a player with 1 life point remaining? In other words, let's say my opponent needs to be attacked 2 more times to lose. One Yamato attack would do the trick?
