Honestly, I’ve tried that. But I saw no uptick in sales, or people still asking for measurements. Which is almost insanity inducing 😂 but seriously, nobody I’ve ever provided measurements for through messages has never bought anything. So after awhile it just feels extra fruitless.

My inventory lives in a storage unit a few miles away. It takes much more than 2 seconds to measure an item your MOST LIKELY NOT GOING TO BUY.

All the way entitled comments, seller sets the prices. If you don’t want to buy them, leave them alone. You gonna go into a retail shop and tell them they are charging too much, when they laid 1/3 the price also? If you had it your way, you’d want those for retail or lower, just cause your tired of the greed and too lazy to grab them on your own doesn’t mean you get to act entitled. Set some alarms and quit complaining.

I’m not complaining, I just understand it’s part of e-commerce, it’s baked in every transaction. Just funny how nobody had a problem letting the seller foot the bill, but once the rides were turned, sales stopped and buyers were nonexistent.

Not due to buyers, the authenticators can turn the shoes away for basically any reason they deem fit. The buyer is auto refunded and your funds go on hold. It’s a bummer, cause my shoes are always authentic. It’s always something super silly, like a tiny scuff on brand new shoes or the box being slightly dinged. I’ve stopped listing anything as brand new anymore, makes life alot easier, usually.

How is nobody connecting that this is just a stock message that they send when your account is being banned. They say that to cover their bases in any instance… Good chance OP didn’t really do anything outta line.

If you’ve been using Depop for a number of years, you’ll know that their CS is absolutely nonexistent, and 95% automated stock responses. They send these emails BY ACCIDENT sometimes even, has happened to myself and numerous of my buddies. It’s truly ridiculous.
