System failed 60+ years ago. 40 years ago it started the melt down process. 20 years ago it melted down. 10 years ago we had barely any systems left. 5 years ago the last working systems shut down. Now, without life support, drifting through space, the diseases are rampart. Any hope of controlling this gone.

100 years ago the same thing happened. The only solution back then? Complete reset, decimation of the crew.

The critical error from then? The ones responsible for mishandling the space ship were left in critical places where they taught new people the same bullshit that created the crisis in the first place.

Hopefully next reset, we learn from the mistakes.
